B-VCA is designed for all personnel who execute operational tasks in workplaces where heightened risks are present (e.g., industrial, construction, petrochemical, maintenance, logistics, and technical service sectors). This demographic engages directly with machinery, tools, installations, or operates within hazardous environments.
