Are two or more individuals working at height?
Are first aid provisions available?
Is the ladder safely positioned?
Is a scaffold / staging present and safely erected?
Is a lift or crane available for vertical transport of goods / personnel?
Was this required?
Is the collective fall protection present and installed?
Are operations conducted in a de-energized state?
Is protection against re-energization implemented?
Is personal fall protection being utilized?
Has the employee been re-instructed on the proper use of the equipment?
Which PPE is present and actively utilized?
Are the company vehicles positioned in such a manner that they do not pose a hazard to road users?
Is the immediate vicinity free of obstructions (e.g., overhead lines) that could impede operations involving a lift or ladder?
Are the operations being conducted under acceptable (weather) conditions?
Are the employees aware of asbestos-containing materials at the workplace?
Are the vehicles orderly, organized, and clean?
Is the property undamaged (e.g., roof / gutter / facade) following, and in relation to, the execution of the works?
Are the cables / conduits behind the solar panel structure adequately concealed and secured where necessary?
Have the employees introduced themselves to the client in Dutch, and have the work activities been discussed?
Has the workplace been left tidy?
Are the inverter and battery installed at an appropriate height for their operation?
Are the inverter and battery installed with sufficient ventilation space and are they level?
Are the inverter and battery sufficiently stable when mounted against the wall?
Are the internal and external conduits equipped with mechanical protection?
